***Regardless of which transition you are undertaking, 30 days notice is needed to administer the process well.


Transitioning to a ministry outside Every Nation

  • The first thing to address is that as Ministry Partnership, we cannot keep someone on our system if they are no longer serving within Every Nation. This is because SARS will see us as Service Providers and we will be liable for VAT, which is an expense we cannot afford as it will sky rocket the Admin Fee to cover the cost incurred.


  • In this instance, the standard Exiting procedure will apply (see below). 


  • Also note that you it will be your responsibility to transition your partners to paying partnerships into your personal account.


Transitioning to another Every Nation Church

When transitioning to another Every Nation Church all we need is the following information:

  • Employment Contract


  • Employee Info Form (If any personal details have changed)


  • Approved Salary Goal Form


It is imperative that this information is received to ensure that the Employment information that reflects on your Payslip that is also submitted to SARS is correct.


Standard Exiting Procedure

When a staff member exits Ministry Partnership, the following needs to occur to ensure that the process is managed effectively & efficiently:


  • Notification from Support Coach of impeding exit 30 days before resignation date (The ultimate responsibility to notify us lies with staff member).


  • Resignation letter/email from staff member stating reason for exiting and official resignation date


  • Whether your Medical Aid Contributions will be cancelled or moved to your personal bank account


  • Personal mail address for correspondence


  • Feedback on the staff member's  experience on Ministry Partnership


  • Confirming that all EFT partners have been notified not to give after resignation date



Responsibilities of the Ministry Partnership office:


  • Cancelling all debit orders which run after resignation date


  • Notifying Discovery Health of Impending removal from our Group Fund


  • Contacting Allan Gray if the staff member is contributing to the Group Fund


  • Closing of and clearing staff Income and Holding Funds and including these funds in the last payroll.


  • Reimbursing any partnerships received after resignation date to partners.
