How to Add A Pledge Online
Step 1: Insert partner's cell number or email address in the Tab and click on "Submit".
Step 2: Create Account
If your partner's information is not on the system then they must add their details by clicking on "Create Account", add the requested details then click "Next".
Step 3: Follow Prompts, tick the Ts & Cs Box then click on "Pledge Now"

***International Partnerships can only be set up as Credit Card partnerships. Debit Orders transactions for international accounts are not available in South Africa.

Step 4: Sign Digital Debit Order Mandate
The Ministry Partnership Office will receive notification of the Pledge Set Up and an Online Debit Order Mandate will be sent to the Partner for signature.
A: HelloSign will send an email to the partner. Click on Review & Sign.
B: Select Get Started to continue to the editable document.
C: Double check the information, read the Terms and Conditions then click on Click to Sign.
D: When signing, you can either use your mouse or or your finger on a mobile device then select Insert.
E: Then click on Continue at the top of the page.
F: The final step is to Agree to the Terms by clicking on I Agree.
And your done!!!
***If a signed Debit Order Mandate is not received after three months the pledge will be deactivated.
To view Outstanding Mandates:
- Select the Pledge Report then click on View/Outstanding Mandates in the drop-down menu
- In this section you will be able to see all the partners who have outstanding mandates. The onus is on the staff member to ensure that this list is cleared.
